Fluent Systems” is a database system, installed on your existing computer system. You or your agent can use the “Fluent Systems” database program to manage/report multiple RRE’s information.

Fluent Systems” personnel will work with your “IT” Department to identify the CMS required fields, as specified in their User Guide Version 1.0 dated March 16, 2009. Once the fields are identified, they can then be integrated into the “Fluent Systems” program. Future and existing CMS programs can be added as modules, sharing the common database.

“Fluent Systems” Operational Overview.

Your claimant information will be uploaded, by field, as a “flat file” into the “Fluent Systems” data base, then compiled and sent to COBC for review.

“Fluent Systems” is an independent system and does not require an outside party to have access to your proprietary system. You will simply use an assigned login and password to access your files for completion/editing and uploading to the database. All sensitive data is encrypted on every file.

“Fluent Systems” can be utilized by an agent, with multiple RRE’s and also by companies wanting to manage their own mandatory reporting.
