“Fluent Systems” Operational Overview.

Your claimant information will be uploaded, by field, as a “flat file” into the “Fluent Systems” data base, then compiled and sent to COBC for review.

“Fluent Systems” is an independent system and does not require an outside party to have access to your proprietary system. You will simply use an assigned login and password to access your files for completion/editing and uploading to the database. All sensitive data is encrypted on every file.

“Fluent Systems” can be utilized by an agent, with multiple RRE’s and also by companies wanting to manage their own mandatory reporting. We offer our database software with a simple licensing agreement.
